How can I access the live stream?
You will receive instructions, including the password for our livestream-page from the party in charge of making a booking. See below for a HowTo video.
Will there be a recording available after the event has finished?
Yes, a playback will be public right after the event has finished on our livestream-page, and you will also be able to access a high quality version available from our download-page only a few days after the event. This may take up to two weeks. See below for a HowTo video.
How do I know I'm in the right place?
Click 'Watch LIVESTREAM', enter the password that you've received by the party in charge of making the booking and the stream you're looking for will be scheduled there. See below for a HowTo video.
The stream quality is bad, keeps buffering, is pixelated or cuts out, what to do?
There could be many reasons for this to happen, all linked to weak internet connection. Try viewing the stream from another device (e.g. your phone while not being logged into your local wifi). If that doesn't work try resetting your internet connection (re-starting your router).
The 4G/5G/Starlink signal strength, which we rely on, can vary a lot. That means sometimes streams may buffer, appear to be pixelated or drop out completely.
We promise to give our very best to give you the best possible viewing experience, but rest assured that even in case anything doesn't work while we're live, a high quality recording will be available for online viewing & download within a few days.

How do I upload media (e.g. slideshows or videos) to include into the stream?
You are able to upload additional media via the booking form or by sending us an email at info@northernrivers.live
In case neither of those options work (for example if the file sizes are too big) please consider using WeTransfer. See below for a HowTo video.
